1. Digital products — 30-day money-back guarantee

All digital products (personalized reports, digital add-ons, downloadable guides, and video content) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, email us at support@yourbfpattern.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.

2. Personal services

Personal services — such as one-on-one sessions, personal result reviews, and guided programs that include personal follow-up — are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or has started.

If you have booked a session that has not yet taken place, contact us and we will do our best to reschedule it.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. A note on disputes

If anything about your purchase looks wrong — an unexpected charge, a delivery problem, a duplicate payment — please contact us first at support@yourbfpattern.com. We answer real messages with real people, and we resolve issues quickly. It will almost always be faster than a bank dispute.
