We sell educational digital content: a free quiz, an optional paid personalized report, and optional add-ons and personal sessions. Nothing here is medical advice.
Prices are one-time charges in U.S. dollars — no subscriptions unless clearly stated at checkout.
Digital products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Your purchase is a personal license: use the content yourself, don’t resell or republish it.
If something goes wrong, email us first — a real person answers, and we fix things quickly.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thefogpattern.com and its subdomains — including quiz.thefogpattern.com (together, the “Services”) — and your purchase of our digital products and services, including purchases you complete through our checkout hosted on Whop. By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

TheFogPattern is a trading name of SKILZZ LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14809270), registered office: Suite 3.5, Gateway House, Styal Road, Manchester, England, M22 5WY, United Kingdom (“SKILZZ,” “we,” “us”). All purchases are made from SKILZZ LTD, trading as TheFogPattern.

3. What we offer

We provide educational digital content and services:

a free quiz that suggests a “Fog Pattern” based on your answers;
an optional paid personalized report (currently offered as “Your Clarity Map”) generated from your answers;
optional digital add-ons (such as downloadable guides or video content); and
optional guided programs and personal sessions.

Our products are digital content delivered over the internet — not a mobile application, not a physical product, and not a subscription unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. All content is for general educational purposes only.

4. Not medical advice

Our quiz, reports, emails, articles, and other content are not medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including any cognitive or memory-related condition. Quiz results are an orientation, not a diagnosis. None of our statements have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other health authority.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, medication, or health routine — especially if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and purchase our products. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

6. Purchases, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Our checkout is hosted by our checkout platform, Whop, and card payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Charges will appear on your statement under a descriptor referencing THEFOGPATTERN.COM.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge the total shown at checkout.
We may correct pricing errors and change prices for future purchases at any time; changes never affect a purchase you have already completed.

7. Delivery of digital content

Digital products are delivered electronically — by email and/or a secure access link — promptly after successful payment. If you do not receive your product, check your spam folder first, then contact support@thefogpattern.com and we will fix it. By purchasing digital content for immediate delivery, you agree that delivery begins right away.

8. 30-day money-back guarantee

All digital products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no forms, no hoops. Personal services (such as one-on-one sessions) are non-refundable once delivered or started. The full details, including how refunds are processed, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Personalized content & AI

Paid reports are generated for you, based on your quiz answers, using automated systems including AI language-model services, and structured by our own methodology. Personalized content depends on the accuracy of the answers you provide. It remains general educational content and is not a substitute for professional advice. See our Privacy Policy for how your answers are handled.

10. Intellectual property & your license

All content on the Services and in our products — text, methodology, pattern names, reports, graphics, and design — is owned by SKILZZ LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, republish, share, or create derivative works from it, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. The names “TheFogPattern” and “Fog Pattern,” and the individual pattern names, may not be used commercially without our permission.

11. Your submissions

You keep ownership of the information you submit (such as quiz answers and support messages). You grant us the limited right to use it to provide the Services — to generate your result and report, deliver your purchase, and support you — as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit information that is false, unlawful, or belongs to someone else.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Among other things, you must not:

use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to breach, probe, or test the security of the Services;
scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data;
interfere with the operation of the Services or impose an unreasonable load on them;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
resell access to the Services or systematically copy our content; or
use automated tools to take the quiz or make purchases.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

13. Third-party websites & services

The Services reference and rely on third-party services (for example, our payment processor) and may link to external websites, including published research. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. References to scientific studies, researchers, or institutions are provided for information only — those institutions have not tested or endorsed our products. This website is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook/Meta, Google, YouTube, or Microsoft in any way.

14. Testimonials & individual results

Any testimonials, examples, or experiences described on the Services reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise of typical results. Individual results vary based on many factors, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any specific health, cognitive, or lifestyle outcome.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKILZZ LTD and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing takes away non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your place of residence.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SKILZZ LTD harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach or negligence.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the consumer laws of the place where you live, and nothing in this section takes those away.

Talk to us first. If you have any dispute with us, you agree to contact support@thefogpattern.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally before starting any formal proceeding. Almost everything is fixable by email, quickly, with a real person.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

20. General provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours as part of a business transfer.
